As technology continues to advance and develop, the role of online education in helping underprivileged orphans is becoming more and more prominent. On 12 June 2022, 51Talk Malaysia consultants visited 2 orphanages in Klang, Selangor. 51Talk Malaysia not only brought smart online English classrooms to the orphanage children, but also brought them lively 1-to-1 tutor lessons.
From the establishment of the online classroom to the 1-to-1 learning with the foreign teachers, the children at the orphanage had an enjoyable 25 minutes of learning time. During the course, their big eyes looked at the tutor with surprise, they boldly opened their mouths to speak English after the tutor, and systematically mastered the knowledge points of this content course, their strong desire to learn and curiosity deeply impressed everyone.
